5-DAY CAMBODIA ITINERARY

Day 1: Phnom Penh to Kampot via Takeo (lunch) and then onto Phnom Bayong Temple (7th century). Ride through back villages to Kampot.
Stay In Kampot and explore the great restaurants. We always stay at Coco guesthouse, family run and we know them really well. 210 K’s approximately.

Day 2: Kampot to Phnom Penh. A morning visit to Kampots famous pepper farm for guided tour.
Ride back to PP with a visit to the Killing Fields, just outside PP. Russian markets late afternoon and stay at the Patio Hotel. 174 K’s approximately.

Day 3: Phnom Penh to Kampong Channang. Early ferry across the Mekong to the east side and then back across the Mekong further up the river.
Lots of exploring of fishing villages in Kampong Channang. 180 K’s approximately.

Day 4: Kampong Channang to Battambang.
Morning visit to Kampong Luong ( incredible floating village by boat). Lunch in Pursat. Afternoon ride to Battambang includes the Bamboo train. In the early evening you could visit the bat caves if you felt like it. Accommodation is at Coconut House (swimming pool). 220 K’s approximately.

Day 5: Early ride (8am start) to Siem Reap and lovely back road visiting a temple along the way.
Tour ends Siem Reap around 12.30-1pm. 168 K’s.
